The "Travel Contract" fee is paid to WHYS Computers. It includes only the 10-hour computer preparation for the trip and the right to be part of the travel group on the dates specified in the contract. A singel payment is made by the participant with the total amount.
The reservation of the participant's place in the travel group is made through the payment of the fees of the "Travel Contract" on a first come, first served basis.
The “Preparation for Travel to Exotic Countries” course will be deducted from the price included in the “Travel Contract” if the participant decides to go on a trip.
The fees for the “Travel Contract” are included in the basic price indicated in the offer on the whys.ch web page.
The last computer preparation course for travel takes place 3 weeks before the start of the trip indicated in the contract.
There is no obligation to participate in the computer travel preparation course.
The computer travel preparation course begins after the minimum number of participants is reached.
The computer travel preparation course cannot be transferred to a third party.
Travel advice is given at the place of stay on a voluntary basis.
Accommodation costs are paid directly to the provider by the participant.
Plane tticket is paid directly to the provider by the participant.
The costs of excursions at the place of stay are paid directly to the service provider by the participant.
Lunch and dinner are not included in the basic price of the trip.
The return to Geneva is without the travel coach. The travel coach will organize transportation and conduct the departure check-in with the participant.
Each participant agrees to take out ETI Monde insurance from Touring Club Suisse or from an equivalent provider
Each participant must have a mobile phone during the preparation of the trip and during the trip.
Each participant must register their mobile phone upon entering the country and then obtain a SIM card from the country.
Each participant agrees to respect the rules contained in the document called “Code of conduct”.
If the participant decides not to go on the trip, this does not entitle the participant to a refund of the fees specified in the “Travel Contract” document.
The minimum number of a group is 6 persons.
If the minimum number of people in the group is not reached, then WHYS Computers will fully refund the fees specified in the “Travel Contract” and the trip will be cancelled.
The maximum number of participants is ten people, not including the accompanying coaches.
Booking of air tickets and accommodation is done once the minimum number of participants is reached and the fees have been paid.
Classes are given via video with WhatsApp or Zoom or through personal visits.
WHY Computers may cancel the contract without justification and fully reimburse the participant.
WHY Computers is not a travel agency and does not sell packages.
The basic travel price in the offer is only indicative and may vary depending on the price of flights as well as the price of accommodation. If an excess has been paid on the ticket or accommodation it will be refunded at the end of the trip.
An emergency fund of CHF 100 will be established for any extraordinary expenses the participant may have. If any funds remains after the trip, it will be reimbursed at the end of the trip.
For safety, security, and international travel purposes, each participant is required to travel with a valid personal credit card (Visa or MasterCard preferred). This may be required for hotel check-ins, emergency expenses, or unforeseen costs not covered by the package.
WHY Computers is not responsible if the carrier uses other companies for transportation.
